Scholarships

Psi Chapter annually awards the Mackey-Tillman scholarship to a high school senior who plans to enter college and major in a business discipline. The scholarship recipient is supported financially for up to five years. In addition, Psi annually awards its Mothers Pursuing Dreams scholarship to a single mother, ages 18-30 pursuing the dream of a college education for up to six semesters. The recipient of either of these scholarships must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

MACKEY-TILLMAN SCHOLARSHIP: This scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school female in the D/FW area, who plans to attend a 4-year institution and major in business-related field.

MOTHERS PURSUING DREAMS SCHOLARSHIP:  This scholarship is awarded to assist a single mother in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, who desires to pursue a college education.

Due:  Dec 1st 

FREDDA WITHERSPOON NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP:  This scholarship is awarded annually to a female, graduating high school, wishing to pursue a college degree in a business related field.

Due:  Jan 31st 

NATIONAL FIL SCHOLARSHIP:  This scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving Future Iota Leader pursuing a degree in the field of business.

Due:  Feb 28th 

DORETHEA N. HORNBUCKLE SCHOLARSHIP:  This scholarship is awarded to a graduating high school senior or an undergraduate college student pursuing  a degree in business, science or engineering. 

Due:  Mar 15th

ALICE P. ALLEN SCHOLARSHIP:  This scholarship is awarded to a teenage mother desiring to further her education beyond high school. 

Due:  Apr  1st

EVELYN D. WILKEY IOTA ESSAY CONTEST: This is an annual essay writing contest for high school and junior high school students.
