Outstanding Business Woman of the Year

Ms. Pam Eudaric is Psi Chapter’s 2023 Outstanding Business Woman of the Year. She is a mother, an author, and the founder and CEO of several businesses. This St. Croix native earned a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Rice University in Houston, TX and later earned a J.D. degree from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin, TX.   

Ms. Eudaric opened Chocolate Secrets & Wine Garden in 2003.  As the Chief Executive Officer, she offers gourmet chocolate and fine wine for all to enjoy.  This venue has Open Mic Mondays, live Jazz Wednesdays, and houses the Ma Fille Art Gallery.

Ms. Eudaric uses her talents to give back to the community in many ways. She opens her doors to students, writers, and many others. Many of the students, who have returned to thank her for her hospitality and generosity, are now doctors. And the writers are now published authors. Due to her business donations and community service, she received the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious Quest for Success award in addition to numerous other awards.
