Soror of the Year

Mrs. Danielle Daniels Young is a dedicated member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Psi Chapter in Dallas, TX. Since her induction in December 2018, she has worked on various committees on the local, Regional, and National levels. She currently serves as the chapter Recording Secretary and is the Chair of the Education and Scholarship Committee.  

This legacy member works with our young students, Future Iota Leaders, and she contributes greatly to the success of the chapter.  On a Regional level, she worked to support the region and the youth within the region. In this role, her contributions overflowed while working alongside our 19th Southwestern Regional Director, Ms. Vahnita Loud. 

According to Mrs. Young, she is most proud of being awarded the opportunity to join an organization of Black Women whose foundational goals are to give back while simultaneously seeking ways to strengthen the communities in which we reside.
